Abravanel Hall Schedule & Information -- immediate attention requested

We have Information! The information in this email is also included as the first page of the attachment so you can easily print it to have on hand. The second page of the attachment includes an excuse letter for you to get time off school, and the permission slip for you to turn in to me. You may scan and email it, or bring it Saturday. My personal goal is to have them all returned to me by this Saturday at the concert. Please do all you can to get this information to me asap.

PS if you are reading this on the blog, here is a link to the attachment.

Bring $15 if you want to buy an 8x10 photograph. Make checks payable to Shyan Valentine.

v  We anticipate that the bus will be close to full. If you volunteered to help with transportation at the beginning of the year, I will contact you on an as-needed basis. Once everyone's intentions are known, we will ascertain if additional transportation is necessary.  Even if we don't need extra people movers, we will definitely need help hauling percussion and cellos/basses.
v  Please let Julie know a.s.a.p. if you would like to volunteer but aren't sure if you already did.
NUYS Managing Director ðJulie Gardner, info@NorthernUtahYouthSymphony.org, 435.740.4335 mobile
v  Since this is technically not a school-sponsored activity, musicians' time off from school will need to be arranged on an individual basis. Use the top half of attached page to ask to be excused!
v  Decide what you are doing for transportation, mark, sign, and return the bottom half of the attached page asap. Scanned and emailed permission slips are allowed.
*********** (FYI: If you play in Ogden Youth Symphony, they will perform last during the morning session: 11:10 a.m.) ***********
