Fwd: Flying Musicians Association Scholarship 2018 packet

This is from Beverly Hawkins at the Utah Symphony about a cool scholarship!

Utah Symphony Principal Harpist Louise Vickerman is a licensed pilot and part of the Flying Musicians Association. They have a scholarship program open to high school juniors & seniors in band, orchestra or choir, which funds initial flight training to a young musician who wants to learn to fly.  Louise has asked me to forward the scholarship information throughout the state.  I'm sending it to youth orchestra directors with the hope you will share this information with the juniors and seniors in your orchestras.  And I'm sending it to District Arts Coordinators to ask you to forward it to the high school music teachers in your districts.

Documents are attached to this email or you can visit this website:   http://flyingmusicians.org/members/page.php?49

There was a finalist from Utah last year so we would love to have a winner in 2018!  Thanks for your help getting the word out.
